Welcome to Luz D' Luna (luzdluna.co). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Our products. Our jewelry is handcrafted in Colombia, so small differences in color, shape, stone and finish are natural and part of each piece's charm. Natural and raw stones vary, and photos may differ slightly from the item you receive. Sizes are approximate, and most rings are adjustable.

2. Pricing and availability. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Many pieces are limited or one of a kind. If an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we'll contact you and refund that item. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders.

3. Orders and payment. Payment is processed securely through Shopify at checkout. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud or there is a pricing error. In that case we'll issue a full refund.

4. All sales final. All sales are final, except as described in our Refund Policy for items that arrive damaged or wrong.

5. Shipping. Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the package passes to you once the carrier marks it delivered.

6. Jewelry care. To keep your pieces shining, avoid contact with alcohol, perfume, lotions and water, and store them separately. We aren't responsible for wear from normal use.

7. Content. All photos, text and designs on this site belong to Luz D' Luna. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.

8. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

10. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this site applies.
